Toll Brothers	Saddleridge at Damonte Ranch	3k-4.5k square feet from the upper $600k's. The same as the development above but "Phase2". Many resales from national speculation in Phase1 is available already built from realtors.
Toll Brothers	Dorado attached homes	Luxury attached homes from the upper $500k's ranging up to 3.3k square feet. For $600k, you can get a lot more in Damonte Ranch unless you love sharing a wall with a neighbor. They'll note it's a garage wall.
DiLoreto Homes	New Editions (wasn't this a boy band in the 1990's?)	"Paired" (ie attached) homes from 1300 to 1900 square feet. A half price sale from Toll Brothers's Dorado -- these start at only $286k!
Reynen and Bardis "R&B"	Remuda Collection	A great value starting at only $350k and likely ready to deal. This development was started at the peak of the buying boom. 1,900 to 2,700 square feet starter homes or move up to Stagecoach below....
Reynen and Bardis "R&B"	Stagecoach Collection	Full disclosure - we live in and love one of these homes in West Reno. 2,600 - 3,800 square feet from $435k. Worth checking out but also very close to a dog kennel (Fisher's Desert Kennels). These are a good value and a well built home. Many are single story.
KB Homes	Ravenna at Monte Sereno	Beautiful Italian name for these cookie cutter homes that seem to interest no-one. Cheaply built appearance but it gets you in Damonte Ranch. Watch the build quality closely. From the high $300k's with 2k to 3k square feet in 5 floor plans. Sample homes for $390k and $420k for immediate move-in (ie the original buyer vamoosed.)
KB Homes	Calabria at Monte Sereno	Same deal as above - not sure what even makes these different from Ravenna. Twelve floor plans from 1800 to 3500 square feet from the mid $300k's. Sample homes for $355k and $450k for immediate move-in (ie the original buyer walked).
